We receive alerts on multiple items, but the main purpose is to make sure your systems are functioning properly. Receiving alerts allows us to resolve problems before they become disasters.
Our remote management tool also provides self-remediation. When our system detects problems, it will automatically try to resolve them. If it is unable to do so, we receive an alert and contact you to work towards a resolution.
We also receive alerts if your server(s) goes offline. Once we receive the alert, we contact your business to confirm the situation. If needed, we send a technician to help resolve the issue.
