Alaska Computer Support’s Bill Right Policy was designed with our customers’ IT needs and bottom line as top priority. Need to replace a server? Down time can be a large hidden cost. We work after hours and when it’s best for your business to get the job done without any additional costs for after hours work.

Sometimes 3rd party software, hardware, or other IT devices can really go south. We understand this is not your fault and utilize this policy when we bill. If it should have only taken 2 hours and the tech was working away for 5 hours due to issues with 3rd party support, we only bill you for the 2 hours.
